Awesome...looks a lot like my wife's Sauerbraten she makes....she marinates it like 3 days and uses the leftover marinade to make the gravy and then she usually serves it with potato pancakes and applesauce. Literally to die for, so dam tender.

The meat is braised chuck roast really slow cooked. You only need a fork.

That Saurbraten sounds fantastic. Huge fan of Bavarian food.

To make the following Fresh Berry Cream Pie, you’ll need this if you want absolute perfection.

Make a real pie crust....

Fresh blueberries, some sugar, salt, flour and a container of that cream cheese, and you’ll get this....

Then after 15 minutes in the oven, top with a graham cracker, flour, brown sugar, butter and crushed almond topping.

Then this magic happens....

So we took some shortcuts with Wegmans. One of my absolute favorite things is awesome veggie cream cheese and some kick ass bagels...

Cardiac Arrest 

Rotisseried Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Pork Belly with spices of salt, black pepper, white pepper, red pepper, fennel, mustard seed and sage.

The cracklin was amazing as well.

I need some ham recipes. 

Back when I was a kid, my folks would slow cook the ham all night long and it was almost as tender as corned beef. 

I need some advice. I plan to try the slow and low cooking but need more ideas beyond Pineapple, brown sugar, and cherries.... 

I've heard mustard is a great addition.
